Yet after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, Bay Area schools erupted in virulent antisemitism as activist teachers spread falsehoods about the Israel-Palestinian conflict, leaving parents both stunned and outraged. The documentary, “Killing America,” investigates in detail how various forces and influences within the educational system permitted this hate — which first targeted whites and Asians — to erupt with impunity in such a “tolerant” place.
