Horace Cooper is a legal commentator and senior fellow with the National Center for Public Policy Research. He is also the author of the recently completed book “Put Ya’ll Back in Chains — How Joe Biden’s Policies Harm Black America” which will be available in stores around Thanksgiving.

Horace appears regularly on Fox News and averages more than 400 talk radio appearances a year. He regularly contributes op-eds about current events in Human Events, The Washington Times, American Greatness and Newsmax among other publications. Additionally he is Chairman of the national advisory board of the Project 21 Black Leadership Network, an initiative of leading libertarian and conservative black leaders.
