Cody Wisniewski

President, FPC Action Foundation
Cody J. Wisniewski was born and raised in San Diego, California, before making his way to Ontario, Canada for his formative years. In 2013, he graduated cum laude and earned his B.A. in Joint Honours Classics and Philosophy from the University of Ottawa before returning to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law.

While at the University of San Diego, Cody contributed to the law school community in several ways, serving as Federalist Society President, Vice-Chair of National Teams for the Appellate Moot Court Board, an Executive Board member for the San Diego International Law Journal, and as Program Coordinator for all graduate and law school intramural sports.

In addition to contributing to the student community, Cody was published in the area of international cultural property law on multiple occasions, served as a research assistant, and earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.

Cody graduated from USD in May 2016 with his Juris Doctorate, as a member of the Order of the Barristers, and went to join the U.S. Department of Justice. After spending a year with the federal government, Cody had enough and decided the only way to uphold his Oath to support and defend the Constitution for the United States was to transition into public interest law to bring the fight to the government.

Cody regularly speaks to industry groups, law students, and everyday Americans about his work and the Founding Principles of our Republic. Cody also writes on a variety of subjects, having been featured in National Review, The Federalist, Legal Insurrection, Real Clear Policy, and more.
