John Bay has spent over 35 years in the Information Technology and the Energy Integration markets. John has owned, operated, and managed corporate enterprises specializing in large, mission-critical complex system integration projects and has successfully completed over $750 million in projects. He personally excels in start-up opportunities that require an instinctive, entrepreneurial mindset. He has the skill and ingenuity to develop, manage and motivate innovative people. 

John was a founder of multiple public corporations, some with more than two hundred employees. He has led the successful completion of the country’s largest mission critical system integration projects for clients such as AT&T, NYPD, FDNY, and the FBI. He has held upper management positions throughout his career, including P&L divisional responsibilities for Wireless and Telecommunications at MCI Worldcom and served on the AT&T technical advisory board.

Currently John is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Acadia Energy Corporation headquartered in Auburn, NY. John has utilized his information technology and mission critical integration experience in building a microgrid and business environment called a “Sustainability Hub.” The platform provides resilient power to the local community while delivering economic value to underserved disadvantaged residents.
