Associate Producer/Director of the Film Incubator Program, Palladium Pictures
Thomas Pack is an Associate Producer and the Director of the Film Incubator Program at Palladium Pictures, his family independent documentary film business. As an Associate Producer, Thomas is involved in every phase of all the company's film projects, a skill set he learned through a lifetime growing up in the film industry. He has worked as a Production Assistant on several films including Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in his Own Words, and Rickover: The Birth of Nuclear Power. Thomas Also launched and runs Palladium Picture’s Film Incubator Program, which provides funding, mentorship, and distribution for up and coming documentary filmmakers. Thomas brings considerable experience in educational programming to his work with the Incubator, having worked at several educational organizations including in leadership roles. Most recently he worked as Head of Operations at the Upper Darby Arts and Education Foundation, and as Director of Student Programs at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. Thomas received his Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College, and his Masters in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a former Hertog Foundation Fellow, TFAS Woodhouse Fellow, and Claremont Institute Publius Fellow.
